大型油压机横梁铸造应力场模拟与激振力的选取

摘要 构件残余应力的大小及分布是振动时效工艺参数选取的依据。为了了解大型油压机横梁铸造残余应力的分布,笔者对横梁铸造过程温度场和应力场进行了分析研究,并在分析其铸造过程温度场变化和热应力的基础上,提出了以有限元分析结果为依据,选取振动时效激振力的方法,取得了比较满意的结果。 Determination of the technical parameters of VSR (Vibratory Stress Relief) was based on the distribution and magnitude of the residual stress of workpieces. In order to understand the distribution of the residual stress after the crossbeam of large-scale hydraulic press being cast, the temperature field and the stress field of the crossbeam during casting process were studied. After the thermal stress and variation in temperature field during casting process of the crossbeam being analyzed, a method of determining the exciting force of VSR was put forward based on FEA results. Satisfactory results were obtained by this method.
