摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深化,勤工助学活动已成为高校图书馆工作的重要组成部分。工作实践表明,高校图书馆勤工助学工作在岗位设置、制度保障和学生工作意识等方面仍存在着一些问题,高校图书馆应建立行之有效的岗位聘任制度、岗前培训机制和科学合理的管理制度,使图书馆的勤工助学工作得到健康发展。
With the deepening of reform in higher education,the work-study program has become an important part of the library operation. But there are some existing problems in post setting, system protection and students' work consciousness. Therefore, in order to make the work-study program develop soundly, it is urgent to strengthen the scientific management of work-study program with effective work-study system such as position assignment, pre-job training and scientific management system.
