摘要
采用纸层析、硅胶板层析和柱层析分别对水和酒精提取的金盏菊色素进行分离.结果表明:水提取的色素较为纯净,只有一种黄色色素;而酒精可将金盏菊中的类胡萝卜素提取出来.水提取的色素不稳定,易被光分解;而酒精提取的色素光稳定性较好.酒精提取的色素用展开剂苯∶乙醚∶丙酮=1∶1∶1及丙酮∶乙醚∶氯仿=1∶1∶1分离效果较好.
Paper chromatography, silica gel plate chromatography and silica gel column chroma- tography were used on water and alcohol extract of Calendula officinalis pigment. Results showed that pigment extracted by water was more pure, which only included a yellow pigment, while the ethanol extract of pigment was more complex, which included carotenoids. The com- position of pigment extracted by alcohol were separated better by the agent of benzene:ether: acetone = 1 : 1 : 1 and acetone : ether : chloroform= 1 : 1 : 1.
