摘要
目的观察支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析26例患者共30个颅内动脉瘤的临床资料。采用不同类型支架30个,其中自膨胀支架29个,裸支架1个。结果动脉瘤栓塞结果按Raymond分级:完全栓塞8个(26.7%);次全栓塞20个(66.7%);不全栓塞2个(6.6%)。未发生明显技术相关并发症。出院时改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分0～2分23例,3～4分2例,5分1例。影像学随访动脉瘤不显影14例,改善5例,稳定9例,复发2例。结论支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤可以取得理想的治疗效果,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of stent assisted coil embolization of intracranial aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with 30 aneurysms in the ntracranial internal carotid artery were analyzed retrospectively.A total of 30 stents were implanted,including self-expandable bare stent in 29 and stent in 1.Results Aneurysm embolization results according to Raymond classification：complete embolism in 8（26.7%）;subtotal embolization in 20（66.7%）;incomplete embolization in 2（6.6%）.No obvious technical complications.Modified Rankin scale（mRS） score of 0~2 in 23 cases,3~4 in 2 cases,5 cases were 1.Imaging follow-up undeveloped aneurysms in 14 cases,improved in 5 cases,stable in 9 cases,recurrence in 2 cases.Conclusion Stent assisting coil treatment of aneurysm in the intracranial internal carotid artery is safe and effective,and can achieve optimal outcomes,reduce the recurrence rate.
