摘要
目的探讨水解微弹簧圈(microplex coilsystem&hydrocoil embolicsystem,MCS&HES)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的方法及效果。方法 9例颅内动脉瘤患者根据病情给予甘露醇脱水、钙离子拮抗剂解痉、脑脊液置换等治疗,所有患者在局麻+静脉辅助麻醉下,以Seldinger技术穿刺右侧股动脉,采用MCS&HES材料进行栓塞。结果 100%栓塞8例,90%~99%栓塞1例,术后临床随访6~12个月,无一例再出血和动脉瘤复发。结论血管内栓塞治疗动脉瘤是一种安全、微创、有效的方法,使用MCS&HES栓塞操作方便、手术并发症少。
Objective To evaluate the method and effectiveness of the microplex coilsystem hydrocoil embolicsystem.MCS HES in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods 9 patients with intracranial aneurysms were given mannite dehydration,spasmolysis and cerebrospinal fluid replacement,and then treated by MCS HES embolization with Seldinger.Results 8 cases were 100% occluded,while 1 case was 90%~99% occluded.Post-operation following up period lasted 6 to 12 months,none of the patients recurred bleeding and intracranial aneurysms.Conclusion Endovascular embolization of intercranial aneurysms is a safe,minimally invasive and effective method to treat intercranial aneurysms.Using MCS HES is easy to operate and has a low incidence of complication.
