摘要
目的 总结电解可脱性微弹簧圈 (GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的经验。方法 选自 1999- 0 2～2 0 0 4 - 0 2间 ,应用GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 15例患者 ,其中蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)急性期 6例。术前Hunt分级 :1例为Ⅳ级 ,5例Ⅲ级 ,9例为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结果 10例完全栓塞 ,5例部分栓塞。无手术死亡 ,1例前交通动脉瘤术后左侧下肢轻偏瘫 ,3周后恢复正常。结论 GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of embolization aneurysms with the Guglielmi detachable coils (GDC). Methods From February 1999 to February 2004, 15 patients with 15intracrainial aneurysms were treated with GDC, 6 of 15 cases were treated in acute stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). 1 patient had Hunt and Hess grade Ⅳ, 5 patients had grade Ⅲ and 9 patients had grade Ⅰ to Ⅱ. Results A complete occlusion was achieved in 10 of 15 cases and partial embolization in 5 cases. No patient died. 1 patient with anterior communicating artery aneurysms suffered transient paralysis after embolization, but recovered three weeks after medical treatment. Conclusious Endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms with GDC is a better therapy.
