摘要
金属层状复合材料的界面结合质量是评价其复合性能的主要指标。介绍金属层状复合材料结合性能的主要评价方法,分析包括定性评价、定量评价及无损检测等各种方法的优缺点。评价方法的选择要结合复合材料性能要求及复层尺寸等具体情况来进行确定。
Interracial bonding strength of laminated metal composites （LMCs） is the most important index for judging the mechanical properties of the materials. This paper briefly introduces various methods for evaluating the bonding quality of LMCs including qualitative evaluation method, quanti- tative evaluation method and nondestructive testing method, and gives the advantages and disadvanta- ges of each evaluation method. It is proposed that the choice of methods should be made according to the size of composite layer and the specific requirements for mechanical properties of LMCs.
