摘要
血吸虫重组 BCG- Sj2 6 GST疫苗是一种新型疫苗。本文用 10 6克隆形成单位 ( Colony- froming unit,CFU)和10 8CFU疫苗皮下接种 BAL B/ c鼠 ,接种后 8wk用日本血吸虫尾蚴进行攻击感染 ,感染后 6 wk剖杀小鼠 ,分离肝脏 ,观察其病理学变化 ,同时设 PBS对照组。光镜下观察发现肝脏病变明显减轻 ,肉芽肿数目少 ,体积小 ;电镜观察发现肝组织病变轻微 ,大部分肝细胞变性 ,肝纤维组织增生 ,有嗜酸粒细胞和淋巴细胞浸润。这些结果为阐明血吸虫重组 BCG- Sj2 6
The recombinant BCGSj26GST vaccine of schistosome is a new type of vaccine. BALB/c mice were immunized subcutaneously by 106 and 108 CFU vaccine respectively, challenged with Schistosoma japonicum cercariae on 8 wk of immunization and killed on 6 wk of infection to separate the live to observe their histological changes, PBS served as control. The light microscopy found that the livers pathological damage was milder, the number and the volume of granuloma were smaller than those of the control, the electron microscopy demonstrated that a lot of hepatocytes denatured, fibrous tissues proliferated, eosinophile and lymphocytes infiltrated in the liver. These findings provided morphological data for clarifying the immune mechanism of recombinant BCGSj26GST vaccine of schistosome.
