火焰原子吸收光谱法测定2种荔枝品种中的微量元素 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]测定2种优良鲜食荔枝品种中的微量元素含量。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定"桂味"和"妃子笑"2种荔枝的皮、肉、核中钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)5种微量元素含量。[结果]试验表明,2个品种荔枝中微量元素含量丰富,特别是皮和核的矿物质元素富集明显。[结论]研究可为荔枝的综合利用提供参考。 [ Objective ] To determine trace elements content in two superior and fresh varieties od litchi. [ Method ] FAAS method was adopt- ed to determine Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Cu in Guiwei and Feizixiao. [ Result ] The experiment showed that the micro-elements content is abun- dant in two varieties of litchi, The mineral elements enrichment in peel and pit is obvious. [ Conclusion] The study can provide reference for comprehensive utilization of litchi.
