摘要
试样经灰化、消化后,采用火焰原子吸收法测定葡萄中的金属元Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni,Cd含量,测定了不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件、方法的准确性和精密度。结果表明,该测定方法快速、简单、准确度和精密度较好,能达到分析要求。
After ashing and the digesting samples,contents of nine metal elements(Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni and Cd) in grape were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),and optimum working conditions of machines that determining different elements,accuracy and precision of the method were studied.The determining method is quick and simple to operate,and it has good precision and accuracy to meet the requirements of analysis.
