摘要
多种因素可引起糖尿病肾病 (DN)的发生、发展。这些因素可使体内调节正常T细胞表达和分泌的细胞因子 (RANTES)表达和分泌出现改变。RANTES是一种对单核 巨噬细胞有强烈趋化作用的细胞因子 ,它可趋化并激活肾脏中单核巨噬细胞 ,导致细胞外基质大量堆积。因此 ,RANTES在糖尿病肾病的发生。
Many factors are involved in the development of diabetic nephropathy.Those factors can make change in expression and secretion of regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES).RANTES is a type of cytokines with dramatic mononuclear macrophage chemotaxis,it can attract and activate mononuclear macrophage in kidney,resulting in extra cell matrix (ECM) cumulation in kidney.So RANTES plays key roles in the development of diabetic nephropathy.
