循环微小RNA早期诊断心肌梗死研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类调控基因表达,高度保守的非编码miRNA(21~24nt),参与多种信号通路的调节,在维持内环境稳态中发挥重要作用[1]。从细胞分泌到外周血的miRNA称为循环miRNA,它们在正常人和各种疾病患者体内的表达谱存在明显的差异,并且稳定的存在于外周血中,从而具有诊断相关疾病的内在潜能[2]。作为miRNA家族的成员,近年来研究发现,miR-499、miR-208a、miR-208b最具心脏特异性,并且在急性心肌梗死(acutemyocardial infarction,AMI)早期的患者体内迅速升高,这就为AMI的早期诊治提供了新的思路和方法[3]。现就这一研究方向的进展做如下综述。
