摘要
建立了一种同时测定烟草中18种有机氯杀虫剂和8种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂残留的固相萃取气相色谱分析方法。采用Elite-5MS弹性石英毛细管柱为分离柱,内标法定量。结果表明,样品的加标回收率在83.28%~102.33%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.86%~5.44%,并对12个玉溪采集的烟叶样品进行了实际有机氯杀虫剂和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂残留的测定,发现样品中未检测到有机氯杀虫剂,只检测到微量拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂。与各种农药含量限量指标比较,玉溪烟叶达到了无公害烟叶的标准,玉溪地区具有发展无公害优质烟叶的条件。
A method was used for the determination of organochlorine and pyrethroids pesticide residues in tobacco with solid-phase extraction by gas chromatography.Samples were obtained by using Elite-5MS fused silica capillary column as the separation column,using internal standard as quantitative method.The results showed that the relative standard derivations(RSD)of pesticide residues were between 2.86%and 5.44%,the recoveries fell within 83.28%-102.33%.This method was used to analyze the organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in the 12 leaf samples collected in Yuxi.The results showed that the organic pesticides were not detected in sample,except only deltamethrin pesticides.With various pesticide residues limits for comparison,tobacco in Yuxi district reached the pollution-free standard.
