摘要
高校设备采购专家的抽取和通知是采购活动的关键环节。构建一套适合高校设备采购使用的采购专家抽取系统,既要考虑随机抽取,也要兼顾专家出席的频率,还要减轻人工通知的负担并做好保密工作。浙江师范大学采用基于频率权重的抽取算法以及基于多线程语音通知技术,设计并实现了多路采购专家语音通知系统,对提高高校设备采购专家管理、抽取及通知工作的科学性、规范性及保密性进行了有益的探索。

Zhejiang Normal University, based on the frequency weight extraction algorithm, at the same time based on multi-threading voice notice technique, designs and realizes the multiple sourcing experts voice notification system, to improve the equipment procurement expert management and extraction and scientific, normative and notifying work whose privacy has carried on the beneficial exploration.
