摘要
分析工程项目招标过程中评审专家的抽取流程,针对传统人工抽取方式和现有自动抽取系统的不足,基于B/S模式对招标专家系统进行设计开发。对系统的功能模块进行了描述和分析,并对主要模块的设计进行了说明。实践证明,该系统具有较高的可靠性,有效提高了工作效率,为招标采购工作提供了一个安全、保密、公平、公正的专家抽取平台。
This paper analyzed the extracting process of evaluation experts in the bidding process of the construction of engi- neering projects. Faced with the traditional manual extraction methods and the existing shortage of some automated Extrac- tion System, it was designed new Extraction System based on B/S mode. In this paper, the function modules of the system are described and analyzed,and the designs of the main modules are described.The System was proved by practice with a higher reliability and higher efficiency. The System could provide a safe, confidential, fair and impartial extraction platform.
