摘要
政府绩效管理是衡量和评价一个政府行政作为的强有力的工具和手段。它来源于企业的绩效管理,随着我国行政体制改革的大力推进,政府绩效管理已经成为降低行政成本,提升和加强政府行政执行能力的有效途径。但是,鉴于政府与企业的性质存在根本性的区别,从而使得政府绩效管理有着不同于企业绩效管理的一些特点。为了不断深化和加强政府绩效管理的作用,实现我国行政体制改革的目标,研究和探讨我国政府绩效管理的特点就显得尤为重要。
Government performance management is to measure and evaluate a government administration as a powerful tool and means.It originates from the enterprise performance management,with the administrative system reform in our country to vigorously push forward,the government performance management has been to reduce administrative costs,promote and strengthen the government executive ability the effective way.However,in view of the government and the nature of enterprise existence are different,so the government performance management is different from some of the characteristics of enterprise performance management.In order to continuously deepen and strengthen the role of government performance management,realize the goal of administrative system reform in our country,study and explore China’ s government performance management characteristics is particularly important.
