摘要
单细胞凝胶电泳实验是检测真核细胞DNA损伤程度的实验技术,由于其需要样品量较少,能在单个细胞水平检测DNA的损伤和修复,因此具有适用范围广、操作简便等特点,而被实验室广泛应用。本文对单细胞凝胶电泳实验操作中影响实验结果的因素进行分析、探讨及改良,期待其发挥更重要的作用。
The experiment of Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis can detect the degree of DNA damage in Eukaryotic cells.Because of required less example,the test can detect the DNA injure and repair in the degree of single cell.The character of SGCE is wide range of application and simple to handle.There are analysis,discussion and improved about factors that influence the result of the experiment in the article.
