摘要
单细胞凝胶电泳(SCGE)又称为彗星实验,是一种可以在单个细胞水平上检测DNA断裂的技术。近年来该技术被广泛应用于特定的DNA损伤、DNA特异性染色、DNA修复、遗传毒理、环境生物监测等方面的研究。在前人的基础上对该实验方法做了进一步的研究和改进,使改进后的方法更加快速简捷、经济可行。
The single cell gel electrophoresis （SCGE） also called commet assay is a method which can detect DNA rupture under level of single ceLl. In recent years , this method has been widely used for studies on specific dasses of DNA damage , DNA specific dye , DNA repair, genetic toxicology , environmental, biomonitoring and apoptosis. We made some improvement and built in this paper. The improved method was rapid, sensitive, reliable and feasible.
