摘要 故障注入技术分为硬件故障注入技术和软件故障注入技术,是保证装备测试性设计阶段验证其可靠性的重要手段,而硬件故障注入因为有其致命的缺点,例如硬件在注入故障后可能会给装备带来永久性损害而大大增加了实验或维修成本等问题;软件故障注入则拥有灵活性强,程序易修改,不会对装备造成损害等诸多优点,使得软件故障注入逐渐成为此项技术的研究热门;文章以近十几年国内外研究文献为基础,以软件故障注入为重点,从研究现状、存在问题以及解决方法等几个方面进行综述,以希望为今后在这方面的研究的科技工作者打下良好的基础。 Fault Injection technology is made up by hardware fault injection and software fault injection. It's an important means for making sure high reliability of equipment, verification. However, the hardware fault injection has fatal flaw, such as the fault may bring permanent damage to the equipment, and will increase the cost of experiment and designing. The software fault injection has many advantages as good flexibility and its programs could be modified easily, and it won't damage the equipment, and so on. So, gradually, it becomes a popular item in this technology field. The paper is based on research literature these years, makes the software fault injection as the key point. It summarizes some aspects as research present condition, problems existing and solving way, and hopes that it makes a good base to the science and technology workers in this field.
