摘要
故障注入技术分为硬件故障注入技术和软件故障注入技术,它是保证装备测试性设计阶段验证其可靠性的重要手段,而硬件故障注入因为有其致命的缺点(易使装备造成永久性损坏),因此,软件故障注入逐渐成为了研究的热点,它拥有灵活性高,易修改等诸多优点,使得软件故障注入逐渐成为此项技术的研究热门;课题以软件故障注入为牵引,研究了故障自动快速的测试方法,引入D算法并进行改进,实现了测试向量的自动生成。
Fault Injection technology is made up by hardware fault injection and software fault injection. It's an important means for mak-ing sure high reliability of equipment verification. However, the hardware fault injection has fatal flaw, such as the fault may bring perma-nent damage to the equipment, and will increase the cost of experiment and designing. The software fault injection has many advantages as good flexibility and its programs could be modified easily, and it won't damage the equipment, and so on. So, gradually, it becomes a popular item in this technology field. This paper studies an automatic and fast method for faults tested, which is based on fault injection. Introducing and improving D algorithms. Realizing testing vector generated automatically.
