摘要
现今,电子装置和系统越来越复杂,对其进行测试和诊断变得越加困难;面对这种挑战,具有新一代测试系统特点的综合模拟测试系统是一种有效的解决方法;结合实际,详细介绍了综合模拟测试系统和综合仪器的设计方法;在多信号的时—空特性基础上,采用多变量状态空间进行分析研究,提出了基于综合模拟测试系统链路层的多信号模拟测试的建模方法;这种方法直观且完备,有效地解决了综合模拟测试系统的组建、测试流程的同步控制,以及故障诊断分析。
The electronic systems and equipments become increasingly sophisticated every day. That means trouble for engineers to test and analysis the UUT. In this case, synthetic emulating test system (SETS) in accord with the next generation test system (NxTest) can accommodate the diagnostics requirements of the comprehensive UUT. The methodology of emulating test modeling with multi--signal space --time characteristic, based on the state space analysis at the system link--layer, was presented here. This self-contained idea can help engineers design, build and evaluate the SETS and SI, operate the SETS synchronously, and be used to diagnose the potentical problem of the comprehensive UUT.
