摘要
基于连续损伤力学理论,根据描述疲劳发展的损伤演变方程,得出了疲劳裂纹萌生寿命的数值计算方法,该方法将疲劳裂纹萌生寿命分为损伤发生前的寿命和损伤演变时的寿命两部分计算,并能给出裂纹萌生长度的计算值。以LY12铝合金作为分析对象,用该方法与断裂力学结合计算出的疲劳寿命与实验值相吻合。
Based on the theory of continuum damage mechanics, a numerical method to compute the fatigue crack inition life is proposed, which is derived horn the damage evolution equations. The crack initiation life is divided into two parts to calculate: before the damage occurrence and during the damage involving from zero to critical value. The crack initiation she can be obtained with this method. Combined with fracture mechanics, this method is used to analyze the LY12 aluminum alloy, the fatigue lives calculated agree with the experimental ones.
