摘要
从Miner累积损伤的定义出发,视累积损伤为随机过程,临界损伤为随机变量,基于疲劳动态可靠性理论,提出了在役钢结构吊车梁疲劳剩余寿命的可靠寿命评估方法。之后与现行《钢结构检测评定与加固技术规程》(YB9257-96)中安全期限寿命评估方法进行了分析比较,说明了安全寿命评估方法的概率意义。最后通过算例分析结果表明,提出的可靠寿命评估方法更加合理。
Regarding the crane load as a stochastic process, a reliable life assessment method of steel crane structures in service was proposed based on dynamic reliability of fatigue. It can be used to assess the fatigue reliability of steel crane structures in service which may vary with time. In a fatigue reliability point of view, the remaining fatigue life assessment equation in the 'Technical Specification for Inspection, Assessment and Strengthening of Steel Structures' (YB9257-96) was analyzed, and the probability of the additional safe factor was explained. Then remaining fatigue life of a steel crane structure in service was assessed by the reliable life assessment method and technical specification method, respectively. It is shown that the reliable life assessment method is more reasonable.
