摘要
本文运用连续介质损伤力学理论描述镍电刷镀层对金属基体疲劳强度的影响。文中引入损伤变量D,应用疲劳损伤模型,分析了镀镍前后的LD-7铝合金的疲劳试验数据,得到了镀镍前和镀镍后LD-7铝合金的高周疲劳损伤演变方程,并初步解释了电刷镀层使金属基体疲劳强度降低的原因。
This paper describes the effect of the electric brushing layer on the fatigue strength of metal by using the teory of damage mechanies of continuous medium. The damage variable D is introduced, the fatigue damage model is applied and the fatigue experiment data of aluminium alloy LD-7 both nickeled and without being niekeled are analyzed. As a result, two damage evolution formulas for the aluminium alloy LD-7 nickeled and without being nickeled under high cycle fatigue are obtained. The reason why the electric brushing layer lowers the fatigue strength of the metal is also explained.
