摘要
采用Winogradsky铁细菌培养基对接种菌样进行培养增菌,通过正交试验考察了DO,pH值及铁细菌对生物海绵体系中Fe2+氧化的影响。结果表明:pH,DO及铁细菌对于Fe2+的氧化均有一定的影响;影响Fe2+氧化的因素排序是pH值,DO,投加的菌量;铁细菌的加入对于体系的ORP的影响较大。
The effects of Fe2+ oxidation influenced by pH, DO and iron bacteria were investigated by orthogonal experiment, where inoculating bacteria samples were cultured and enriched by the Winogradsky iron bacteria culture medium. The results show that: pH, dissolved oxygen and iron bacteria all affect Fe2+ oxidation; specially, pH presents the dominant factors on Fe2+ oxidation, followed by DO and bacteria dose. Moreover, the paper finds addition of iron bacteria has rather significant effects on ORP of the system.
