摘要
为提高污水沙门氏菌的检出率 ,对污水沙门氏菌二步增菌定量检测法进行了改进 ,对 2 0份污水样检测表明 ,本法定量结果的对数均数为 1.30 49,原法为 0 .6 5 ;对数转换后 (t=6 .472 7,P<0 .0 0 1)两种方法定量结果差异有显著性 ,本法优于原法。该法操作简便 ,不需特殊设备及培养基且平均检验周期缩短。
The commonly used method for quantitative detection of salmonella species in sewage was improved by two step bacterial enrichment in this paper,to advance the detected rate of salmonella species in sewage The results showed that the logarithmic mean values of the quantitative data for 20 sewage samples were 1 3049 in the improved assay,and as 0 65 in the original assay There was significant differences between the quantitative results obtained from the improved assay and the original assay( t=6 4727,P<0 001 ) It indicated that the improved assay,which presented higher detection rate of salmonella species in sewage compared with original assay,had some advantages,such as simple operation without special facilities and culture,shorter average precipitation experimental period
