摘要
目的 寻找特异性、敏感性较高 ,且价廉和制备简易的血吸虫病诊断抗原。方法 用酶链免疫吸附实验(ELISA)比较 4种抗原检测 5 8例慢性血吸虫病人的阳性率及 41例正常人血清和 10 4例其它寄生虫病人的阴性率。结果 SEA、SjMAg、rSj32和KLH 4种抗原的敏感性分别为 94 8%、 98 3%、 93 1%和 96 6 % ,特异性分别为 95 2 %、 97 9%、97 2 %和 99 3 %。 4种抗原之间敏感性和特异性的差异均无显著性 (Se :χ2 =2 0 9,Sp :χ2 =5 19,均P >0 0 5 )。结论 Sj MAg、KLH和rSj32具有与SEA相似的诊断价值 。
Aim\ To find schistosomiasis diagnosing antigens, that are cheaper, and higher sensitivity and specificity and easier in preparation. Methods\ 4 antigens, SEA, SjMAg, rSj32 and KLH were tested for the sensitivity in 58 chronic patients with shistosomiasis and the specificity in 41 normal persons and 104 patients with other parasitosis by ELISA. Results\ The respective sensitivity of 4 antigens was 94 8%, 98 3%, 93 1% and 96 6%, while the respective specificity of 4 antigens was 95 2%, 97 9%, 97 2%and 99 3%. There were no significant differences among the 4 antigens in terms of the sensitivity and the specificity. Conclusion\ SjMAg, KLH and rSj32 have the same value as SEA in diagnosing schistosomiasis japonica.
