摘要
建设工程项目的全寿命周期包括决策阶段、实施阶段和使用或运营阶段,项目的顺利推进需要依赖建设方、设计方、施工方、供货方等多个参与方的共同配合,而建设方作为项目的总的管理者,其管理作用贯穿于建设工程项目的全寿命周期中,对整个项目的进展及质量起着至关重要的作用。本文从建设方工程管理的主要工作内容出发,首先提出了工程项目的"投资管理、进度管理、质量管理"等三项管理重点,并详细分析了上述三项重点工作的体现阶段、管理权限、工作重点等方面的内容。其次,针对工程项目的分阶段实施特性,分别阐述了规划和项目管理阶段、工程实施管理阶段的重要性及主要工作内容,以及如何开展应急响应项目管理。最后分析了项目信息管理的必要性并提出信息管理系统的搭建方案。本文所提出的管理理念及工作方法已经部分应用于工作中并取得了良好的效果,因此具有一定的实际意义。
The life cycle of the construction project, including decision-making phase, implementation phase, and the use, or the operational phase. The smooth progress of the project depends on the co-ordination of the construction unit, the design unit, the construction unit, the supply unit, and other participants.As the general manager of the project, the construction unit plays a vital role in the progress and quality of the entire project, while its effect throughout the whole life cycle of the construction project. The thesis starts from the mainproject management work of construction unit,and then proposes the three management priorities which is ＂investment management, schedule management, quality management＂ with detailed analysis of their stage, administrative privileges and the focus of the work. Secondly, for projects phased implementation characteristics, it describes the importanceand work content of planning stage and implementation stage, and how to carry out emergency response project management. Finally, with analysis of the need for project information management, it proposes the way to build the information management system. The management concepts and methods of work proposed in this thesishas been partially applied and achieved good results, so it has a certain practical significance.
