对工程总承包和工程项目管理的基本概念、实施方式、介入阶段、应用要求以及合同结构等方面进行了比较分析,阐述了工程总承包企业和工程项目管理企业的培育发展基础以及它们和项目业主之间的相互关系。
This text compares project contract to project management in aspect of basic conception,implementation mode,stage of getting involved in project management,use requiring and contract structure.In addition,have explained the cultivation development foundations of project contract enterprises and project management enterprises,have discussed interrelation between they and project owner.
