从设计、施工、合同管理、监理等方面阐述了建设方应如何进行工程项目管理,指出建设方对工程项目的管理应贯穿于工程建设的各个阶段,只有通过建设、设计、施工、监理等各方的共同努力,才能使建筑产品合格地交付使用。
From aspects, like the design, the construction, the contract management and supervision, the paper indicates how the construction unit undertakes the management for construction items, points out the management on the construction items should be run through every stage of the constructions. With the joint efforts from the construction, the design, the contract management and supervision, the architectural products can be recommended to use acceptably.
