摘要
目的 :观察辛伐他汀 (simvastatin ,S ,商品名舒降之 )对家兔动脉粥样硬化病灶的消退作用及消退过程中相关原癌基因表达的影响。方法 :采用免疫损伤合并高胆固醇喂饲复制家兔动脉粥样硬化 (atherosclerosis,AS)模型。结果 :各组主动脉AS病灶面积百分比为 :模型组 (M) :5 3 .97± 19.2 8,对照组 (C) :6 8.10± 19.73,辛伐他汀治疗组 (S) :2 6 .74± 8.42 ;各组冠状动脉AS病灶面积百分比为 :M :5 0 .39± 2 1.0 2 ,C :6 0 .6 0± 15 .41,S :2 5 .42± 11.2 4;S组原癌基因C -myc、C -fos、V -sis表达量较C组分别减少 2 3.5 %、2 8.8%、36 .7% (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :辛伐他汀具有消退AS病灶作用 ,其机制可能与抑制原癌基因表达有关。
Objectives:To observe the effect of simvastatin on regression of atherosclerosis and expression of related oncogenes C-myc,C-fos,and V-sis during the vegression in experimental rabbits.Methods:Experimental rabbits were injured with immunoreaction and fed acholesterol diet to reproduce a therosclerosis(AS).Results:Respectively,the percentage of surface of aortic AS lession was Model group(M):53.97±19.28 Contrast group(C):68.10±19.73,simvastatin gvoup(S) 26.74±8.42;Percentage of surfale of coronary arteries As lession was M:50.39±21.02,c:60.60±15.41,S:25.42±11.24.Expression level of cogenes in group s was decreased by 23.5%(C-myc),28.8%(C-fos),36.7%(V-sis)( p <0.01).Conclusions:This study sugested,simvastatin could regress AS lession,Simvastatin inhibited expression of oncogenes V-sis,C-myc,C-fos may be in association with AS lession regression.
