摘要
目的:研究并探讨调肝导浊中药防治AS病变形成的作用机制。方法:高胆固醇饮食饲喂家兔10周,取血检测脂质含量,取主动脉测量斑块面积,免疫组化染色计数PDGF阳性表达。结果:调肝导浊中药可有效降低动脉硬化指数,减小AS斑块面积,并抑制PDGF表达。结论:调肝导浊中药具有良好防治AS形成及发展的作用。
Aim: To study and explore the action mechanism of regulating - the - liver & ridding - the - waste -recipe preventing and treating arteriosclerosis pathogenesis. Method: Hares were fed on hypercholesterin food for 10 weeks and blood were taken to measure the amount of lipide. Aorta was taken to measure the area of patch. PDGF positive expression were presented by immunohistochemistry count. Results: Above - mentioned recipe can efficaciously reduce the index of arteriosclerosis and decrease the area of patch and depress the expression of PDGF as well. Conclusion: The regulating - the - liver & ridding - the - waste recipe can prevent the formation and depress the development of arteriosclerosis .
