摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化摘除联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入术后的疗效及并发症。方法 :对 6 1例 (81眼 )糖尿病白内障患者施行超声乳化摘除联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入术治疗。结果 :术后视力≥ 0 .5者占 85 .19% ,视力≥ 0 .3者占 88.89%。并发症主要包括 :晶状体后囊破裂 5眼 ,占 6 % ;角膜纹状混浊16眼 ,占 19% ;前房纤维素性渗出 6眼 ,占 7% ;后囊混浊 10眼 ,占 12 % ;糖尿病视网膜病变 13眼 ,占 16 %。结论 :对糖尿病患者在血糖控制稳定的情况下行超声乳化摘除联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障完全有效 ,术后并发症少。
Objective:To investigate the outcomes and complications of phacoemulsification and capsular intraocular lens implantation (Phaco+IOL) in diabetic cataract patients.Methods:Phaco+IOL surgery was carried out in 61 individuals (81 eyes) with diabetic cataract.Results:85.19% had a postoperative visual acuity better than 0.5, 88.89% had better than 0.3. The most common complications reported were: posterior capsule rupture, 5 eyes (6%); corneal edema, 16 eyes (19%); significant fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber, 6 eyes (7%); posterior capsule opacity, 10 eyes (12%); and diabetic retinopathy, 13 eyes (16%).Conclusion:Phaco+IOL is an effective and safe surgery with limited complications for individuals with diabetic cataract if their blood sugar is controlled well.
