摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者后房型人工晶状体（ＰＣＩＯＬ）植入术后长期并发症及其对视力的影响。方法对５０例（５８只眼）糖尿病患者行ＰＣＩＯＬ植入术后进行至少１年以上的追踪，４０例（４４只眼）非糖尿病老年性白内障患者作对照。结果最终视力两组间无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。短期并发症糖尿病组明显高于非糖尿病组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。长期并发症两组差异不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论糖尿病患者植入ＰＣＩＯＬ，早期并发症的发生率高于非糖尿病患者，晚期并发症及最终视力两组无差异。
ObjectiveTo investigate the long term follow up for anterior segment complications and visual outcome in diabetic patients following PC IOL implantation.MethodsFifty patients (58 eyes) with diabetes were followed up for more than 1 a,and compared with 40 non diabetic patients (44 eyes) with senile cataract.ResultsThere was no statistical difference in final visual acuities for the two groups ( P >0.05).The short term complications of the diabetic group were significantly higher than those of non diabetic group ( P >0.05).There was no significant difference in the long term complications of two groups ( P >0.05).ConclusionAfter PC IOL,the incidence of short term complications in diabetic patients is higher than that of in nondiabetic patients,but the long term complications and the assessment of last visual acuity in both groups show no significant difference.
