摘要
目的 分析晶状体超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术治疗糖尿病患者白内障的临床疗效及手术时机。方法 对160例(2. 10眼)白内障合并糖尿病者行晶状体超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术,观察术中、术后并发症及术后视力。随访时间4～3 6月。结果 术中后囊破裂1眼(0 .48% ) ,悬韧带断离2眼(0 . 95 % ) ;术后1周视力<0 . 1者8眼,0. 1～0 .4者99眼,0. 5～0. 9者92眼,1. 0～1 .5者11眼,术后3月视力<0 . 1者8眼,0 . 1～0 . 4者2 6眼,0 . 5～0 9者117眼,1. 0～1. 5者5 9眼;术后1周前房反应15眼(7. 14 % ) ;术后3月视网膜脱离3眼(1 .43 % )。结论 超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术是治疗糖尿病患者白内障安全、有效的方法。糖尿病患者的白内障尽早进行手术,不仅可以使其恢复良好的视力,还有利于早期治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变。
Objective To analysis the clinical effects and operative chances of phacoemulsification co mbining with intraocular lens implantation in cataract with diabetes. Methods 160 patients (210 eyes) received phacoemulsification c o mbining with intraocular lens implantation.Intraoperative and postoperative comp lications,visual acuity were observed. Results Rupture of posterior capsule was found in 1 eye (0.48%) ,broken suspensory ligament was found in 2 eyes (0.95%);During 1 week to 3 month s of follow_up,the visual acuity was less than 0.1 in 8 eyes,0.1～0.4 in 26 eyes ,0.5～0.9 in 117 eyes,1.0～1.5 in 59 eyes;Inflammation of anterior chamber was found in 15 eyes(7.14%) after 1 week;Retinal detachment was found in 3 eyes (1.4 3%) after 3 months. Conclusion It is safe and effective for diabetic cataract.Doin g operations as early as possible can not only improve their visual acuity but al so settle the basement for the patients with diabetic retinopathy to be cured in time.
