摘要
目的 :研究视觉系统视网膜 大脑部分的调制传递函数MTF(或称对比敏感度函数CSF)的测定技术 ,并研制开发新一代微机控制的激光视网膜 -大脑MTF测定仪。方法 :以He -Ne激光为光源 ,利用杨氏干涉法 ,经光学系统在视网膜上呈现正弦干涉条纹。测定不同空间频率条纹分辨的对比度阈值 ,便可测算出MTF。结果和结论 :初步临床应用表明 ,该仪器性能稳定 ,精度高。由于采用微机控制 ,具有方便、快捷的特点 ,适于在科研和临床上推广使用。
Objective:To investigate testing techniques for the modulation transfer function (MTF) or contrast sensitivity function (CSF) from retina to brain in the human visual system, and to develop a micro-computerized laser tester for retina-brain MTF.Methods:Sinusoidal He-Ne laser-generated interference fringes were projected on the retina through the optical system according to Yong's interference principle. MTF was obtained by measuring the modulation thresholds of the different spacial frequencies resolved.Results and Conclusion:This tester was stable and accurate and, because of micro-computerization, it was used very easily and quickly. This tester was suitable and efficient for both research and clinical applications.
