Progress of High Spatial Resolution Retinal Imaging

摘要 分析了影响人眼视网膜成像的各种因素,阐述了基于哈特曼-夏克传感器和可变形镜的自适应光学(AO)原理,研究了激光扫描检眼镜(SLO)和光学相干层析成像(OCT)结合自适应光学来提高视网膜成像分辨率的方法,并对视网膜成像在医学诊断中的应用和发展前景进行了展望。 Various factors that impact retinal imaging are analyzed, and the principle of adaptive optics(AO)based on Hartmann-Shack sensor and deformable mirror is explained. The methods to use adaptive optics system that combines scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) and optical coherence tomography(OCT)to raise the retina image resolution are studied. Finally. the application and the development foreground of retinal imaging in medical diagnosis are prospected.
