摘要
目的 :观察缺氧复氧时家兔主、肺和肾的动脉血管反应性的变化。方法 :用生物测定法观察缺氧复氧时家兔主、肺和肾动脉的舒缩反应 ,用张力传感器记录血管环张力变化。结果 :缺氧后 ,有内皮的各动脉环均产生短暂的缺氧性收缩 ,以肾动脉单位重量的收缩力最大 ;具有一定张力的各动脉环复氧后立即舒张 ,随后明显收缩。有内皮的各动脉环复氧后的舒张反应无明显差异。而收缩反应仍以肾动脉最明显 ,肺动脉其次。去除内皮后 ,各动脉环缺氧性收缩消失。主、肾动脉复氧后的舒张减弱 ,而肺动脉复氧后的舒张无变化。主、肾动脉收缩反应显著增强 ,肺动脉复氧性收缩反而降低。结论 :主。
Objective:To observe the effect of hypoxia-reoxygenation on vascular reactivity of rabbits' aorta,pulmonary and renal arteries.Methods:The vascular reactivity of rabbit's aorta,pulmonary and renal arteries were observed during hypoxia reoxygenation by assay,using force transducers to record force changes.Results:Hypoxia resulted in a rapid,transient contraction,followed by relaxation.Reoxygenation initialed relaxation followed by contraction.Removal of renal arteries and aorta endothelium prevented(stopped) the hypoxia contraction and markedly decreased the reoxygenation relaxation,but potentiated reoxygenation.The hypoxic and reoxygenation contractions of renal arteries were most serious than others,the reoxygenation relaxation didn't change and reoxygenation contraction was decreased in pulmonary arteries denuded endothelium.Conclusion:The heterogeneity of different responsibility of vascular smooth muscle in aorta,pulmonary and renal arteries might be due to the different function of endothelial cell and different mechanism participating in the hypoxia-reoxygenation response.
