摘要
在满足产品指标的前提下,为了使脱碳装置能耗最低、投资最省,需对各参数进行详细的模拟分析。运用ASPEN软件对MDEA脱碳系统进行了模拟计算。详细列出了塔盘数、塔压及贫液循环量等各工艺参数变化时对净化气中CO2摩尔分率的影响。分析得出了最优的工艺参数。选取的工艺参数比较忠实的反应了MDEA脱碳系统过程中的设计要求。
To get the target of the lowest energy cost and investment in CO2 removal unit with the fitted product quality, exact simulation and analysis were required to make each parameter optimized.In our work, ASPEN simulation was employed to calculate MDEA CO2 removal system. The effect of carbon dioxide mole rate in clean gas was calculated with different towel trays, absorber pressure, stripper pressure and recycle amount of lean MDEA solution. The parameter were optimized. And the calculation results objectively showed the process engineering requirement of MDEA CO2 removal system.
