醇胺法脱硫脱碳工艺的回顾与展望 被引量:103

摘要 醇胺法脱硫脱碳工艺虽已有近 70年的发展历史 ,但迄今仍是天然气和炼厂气净化中应用最广泛的工艺。 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,醇胺法工艺最重要的进展是普遍采用配方型溶剂 ,目前我国的天然气和炼厂气净化装置几乎全部采用此类溶剂。配方型溶剂按其不同的功能大致可分为 3类 :加强选吸型 (Ⅰ型 )、脱硫脱碳型 (Ⅱ型 )和脱有机硫型 (Ⅲ型 )。应根据原料气的组成与净化气的规格要求来选择配方型溶剂的类型及其配方。 Although the oxyamine process has been about 70 years, it is still widely used for the purification of natural gas and refinery gas to this day. Since 1990's, the most important evolution for oxyamine process is to widely apply the formulation solvents. At present, the solvent is almost used for all purification units at home. According to the different characteristics, the formulation solvents can be divided into 3 types: enhanced selective adsorption(I),desulfurization and decarbonization(II) and removal of organic sulfur(Ⅲ). We should choose the different types and formulations of the solvent on the base of feed gas compositions and purification gas specification.
