摘要
N -甲基二乙醇胺 (简称MDEA)脱碳是合成氨流程中较新的脱碳方法 ,该流程的模拟优化对节能降耗具有重要意义。该文采用严格的混合溶剂电解质理论建立的气体吸收溶解度和吸收热的热力学计算模型 ,应用逐级计算和级效率的方法 ,建立了MDEA脱碳体系的流程模拟软件 ,可以计算吸收塔、闪蒸塔、解吸塔和再生塔 ,计算结果和乌石化二化肥装置的数据符合 ,并研究了各种影响因素对气体净化度的影响。
A thermodynamic model with the Chen NRTL equation for electrolytic mixed solvent solution as the activity coefficient model is used in the process simulation for carbon dioxide removal with MDEA(methyl diethanol amine).The simulation is done with the stage-by-stage method and resort factor for the consideration of absorption rate.The towers of absorption,flashing,desorption and regeneration are included in the simulation.The simulation results are in good agreement with a design data,and different effects on absorption in towers are analyzed in detail.
