摘要
为了对贵州省小麦品种推广种植和叶锈病的防控提供理论依据,对贵州省近几年推广种植的24个小麦品种(系)和2个抗源材料进行了抗5种(THTT,PHKT,PHRT,PHTT,THRT)不同毒力的小麦叶锈菌抗性鉴定。结果表明:对叶锈菌THTT表现免疫的有毕麦18、黔麦15、丰优8和偏凸/硬粒,对PH-KT表现免疫的有黔麦16、黔麦17、黔麦18、丰优6、丰优9、偏凸/硬粒和以光,以光等21个品种(系)对PHRT呈现低反应型,贵麦12等9个品种对PHTT的反应型为"0",贵麦13等12个品种(系)对THRT的反应型为"0",毕2007-1、毕2007-7、贵麦12品种(系)对THRT的反应型为";"。供试的26个小麦品种(系)中,偏凸/硬粒和以光两个抗源对供试的5个小麦叶锈菌菌株均表现出较低的反应型。
The plants of twenty-six wheat varieties (lines) were respectively inoculated with THTT, PHKT, PHRT, PHTT and THRT physiological races to study their resistance to wheat leaf rust and to provide the theoretical basis for populization of wheat variety and control of wheat leaf rust in Guizhou. The results showed that Bimail8, QianmailS, Fengyou 8 and Piantu/Yingli were immune to THTT, Qianmai 16, Qianmai 17, Qianmai 18, Fengyou 6, Fengyou 9, Piantu/Yingli and Yiguang were immune to PHKT, twenty-one wheat varieties were highly resistant or moderate resistant to PHRT, nine wheat rarities were immune to PHTT, twelve wheat varieties were immune to THRT and Bi 2007-1, Bi 2007-7, Guimai 12 were nearly immune to THRT. Piantu/Yingli and Yiguang varieties were highly resistant or moderate resistant to THTT, PHKT, PHRT, PHTT and THRT.
