摘要
现代生物技术的应用加快了大葱遗传研究进程,现已成功应用于大葱无性系的繁殖保存、无毒苗的获得、大葱亲缘关系和种质资源遗传多样性分析、遗传连锁图谱构建、重要性状基因的标记及分子标记辅助育种和杂种纯度鉴定等多个领域。本文着重从组织培养、分子标记技术应用两方面综述了现代生物技术在大葱遗传研究中的应用进展。
The application of modem biotechnology accelerated the genetic research proceedings of Welsh onion, and was widely used in the areas of clone maintaining, obtaining virus - free seedling, analysis of genetic relationships and diversities, linkage map construction, gene marker of key eharaeters, molecular marker -assisted breeding, variety purity identification and so on. In this paper, it was reviewed that the application progress of tissue culture and molecular markers on Welsh onion.
