摘要
贵州省拥有较为丰富的作物遗传资源,有的传统种质属稀有、特有资源,是国家作物遗传多样性的重要组成部分。迄今整理、保存了以稻、油菜、玉米、小麦等为主的贵州作物种质资源2万余份。采用种质资源库(包括国家长期库、中期库和地方中短期库)与异生境繁种相结合、国家和地方两级联动、互为补充保存体系,实施种质更新和资源保护。概述了贵州省作物种质资源的保存现状和保护途径。并就加强贵州作物种质资源保护,促进交换与利用提出了建议。
There are the abundant crop germplasm resources in Guizhou, which is the important component part of national crop germplasm resources. 20 thousand of crop germplasm resources including rice, rape, maize and wheat, etc. have been arranged and preserved. The conservation system for the germplasm renewal and resource protection is including using germplasm resource banks, the different habitat reproduction and complementary structure between state and Guizhou. The paper reviews the conservation status and protection way of crop germplasm resources and puts forward the correlated suggestion for enhancing crop germplasm resource protection and promoting its exchange and utilization in Guizhou.
