摘要
目的 研究茶多酚含片抗牙菌斑的作用和价值。方法 将 15 0例自愿受试者随机分为A、B试验组和对照组 ,每组 5 0例。试验组给予茶多酚含片 ,每人每次含服 1片 ,3次 /d。A组连续服用 3周后改为给予安慰剂 ,B组连续服用茶多酚含片 6周。结果 2周后试验组的牙菌斑指数明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。试验A组 3周后停用茶多酚含片 ,连续 3周检查仍显效。结论 茶多酚含片具有明显的抗牙菌斑作用。
Objective To evaluate anti-caries effect of Chinese green tea′ s polyphenol Methods 150 volunteers are randomly divided into 3 goups: A,B test group and contrast group, 50 persons in each People in test groups were given polyphenol′s tablet, placebo was given in contrast group,a tablet three times a day After 3 weeks, group A was given placebo and group B continued polyphenol for 6 weeks Results After using polyphenol′s tablet for 2 weeks, the plaque index of test groups were evidently lower than the contrast group ( P < 0 01) After stopping use of polyphenol tablet, the effect was still kept for 3 weeks Conclusion It can be concluded that polyphenol tablet from Chinese green tea has evident anti-plaque effect
