摘要
】对川麦冬(Ophiopogonjaponicus)3类型的染色体核型分析表明,大叶型2n=68=32m(4SAT)+24sm+12st,小叶型2n=68=32m(2SAT)+24sm+12st和直立型2n=68=40m(2SAT)+20sm+8st。前二者核型属2C,后一型属2B,其进化方向为直立型→小叶型→大叶型。根据第1号染色体4条明显中着丝粒染色体,我们认为川麦冬是一典型四倍体类型。此外,还探讨了该属的染色体基数。
The karyotypes of three types of Ophiopogon japonicus were studied. The karyotype of the “large leaf type” was shown to be 2n=68=32 m (4SAT)+24 sm+12 st, that of the “small leaf type” 2n=68=32 m (2SAT)+24 sm+12 st and that of the “vertical leaf type” 2n=68=40 m (2SAT)+20 sm+8 st. The karyotypes of the first two are of the 2C type while that of the third is of the 2B type. Their evolutionary trend is speculated to be vertical leaf type to small leaf type to large leaf type. Based on the presence of four metacentric chromosomes, O.japonicus in Sichuan is presumed to be a typical tetraploid. The basic number of chromosomes in this genus is also discussed.
