摘要
目的建立补血养生口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层法定性鉴别制剂中丹参,采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿苷含量。结果在薄层色谱中能检出丹参,淫羊藿苷在0.029～0.174μg范围内有良好线性关系,回归系数r=0.9996,平均回收率为95.94%,RSD为1.54%。结论本方法简便易行,专属性强,重复性好,可用于补血养生口服液的质量检测。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Tonic Health Oral Liquid. Methods Salvia miltiorrhiza was identified by TLC. Icariin was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear and the spot for Salvia miltiorrhiza was detected. The linear range was 0.029-0.174μg for icariin（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 95.94 % with RSD of 1.54 %. Conclusion The method can be simple, special and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Tonic Health Oral Liquid.
