摘要
目的 :建立用反相离子对色谱法测定马来酸噻吗洛尔及其滴眼液中有关物质的方法。方法 :采用国产YWG -C18柱 ,0 0 6 5 %辛烷磺酸钠磷酸盐缓冲液 -乙腈 (70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 97nm。结果 :该方法在3 0~ 11 2 μg·mL-1范围内 ,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9993)。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 ,优于薄层法。
Objective:A reversed phase ion-pair HPLC method was developed of the determination of related substances in timolol maleate and its eye drops.Methods:The analysis was carried on an ODS column The mobile phase consisted of 0 065% sodium octylsulphonate phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(70∶30).Detection was at 297 nm.Result:The good linearity was obtained between peak area and concentration ranging from 3 0~11 2 μg·mL -1 ( r=0 999 3) .Conclusion:The method was proved to be simple,rapid,and accurate And better than thin layer chromatography method
