摘要
目的研究信息视角下医药信息行为对医患关系的影响。方法采用立意抽样法对医师及患者(门诊及住院患者及家属)进行问卷调查,以医患双方对医药信息的获取途径及合理应用为指标,分析医患双方医药信息行为的作用。结果医患双方对三方面问题的回答存在明显差异,同时慢性病患者与非慢性病患者之间也存在较大差异,表明医师未能将医药信息完全传达给患者并得到患者的肯定。因此,医师的医药信息行为未能取得大多数患者的信任,使医患关系受到损害。结论医药信息行为在构建和谐医患关系中起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the impact of medical information behavior on the doctor-patient relationshipfrom the perspective of information. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted towards physicians and patients （outpatients and inpatient patients and their family members） using purposive sampling method to analyze the role of the medical information behavior of both doctors and patients, with acquisition approach and reasonable application of information as index. Results There was obvious difference between doctors and patients in the answers to three questions, and great difference between the answers of patients with chronic diseases and those of other patients was also observed, indicating that doctors failed to convey medical information completely to patients and gain the affirmatoin of patients. The survey results indicated that the medical information behavior of the physicians had not gained the trust of the large majority of patients and the doctor-patient relationship was compromised. Conclusion Medical information behavior plays an important role in constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
