摘要
分析了网络环境下弱势群体的类型及他们获取网络信息存在的障碍,指出公共图书馆关注弱势群体获取网络信息是义不容辞的职责,并就公共图书馆承担这一职责提出了几点建议。
Under network environment, the disadvantaged population has difficulties to access to htemet information. This paper has analyzed the obstacles in information access by the disadvantaged population, pointed out that it is the responsibility of the public library to show great concern for it, and put forward suggestions for public library to take this responsibility.
